Despite the overall pleasant stay, the lack of dedicated staff attention at times created minor delays when accessing certain facilities. It occasionally took longer than expected to get assistance, possibly impacting the overall comfort. while the room was satisfactory, there were no standout luxury features to elevate the experience.
